The AWC Company is a full service global provider of innovative solutions, including the design and manufacture of aluminum foam mould (mold) car seat tooling. Additionally, we are a supplier of low pressure moulds (molds). The AWC Company was founded in 1984 and has earned the respect of our customers as being uncompromising in quality and service, always exceeding customer expectations. The company is housed in a 23,000 square foot facility in southern Ontario, close to airports and major highways.

The AWC Company has over 30 highly skilled professionals that are knowledgeable in all aspects of tooling and related products. The team specializes in shortened delivery times, zero defects, cost competitiveness and outstanding customer service.

Our state of the art design facilities feature skilled designers utilizing the latest in CAD/CAM software.
A team of highly-skilled wood pattern makers have the ability to build models and patterns from drawings, samples, prototypes or simply from the concepts discussed with the customer. Our fully-equipped shop includes 9 CNC machining centers and two five-axis machines. They are capable of machining at high speeds, enabling The AWC Company to produce high quality tooling in a reduced timeframe, at competitive industry pricing.

Flexibility

Having highly-skilled master pattern and mould (mold) makers, in combination with 3-D CAD designers and CNC programmers, allows us to cater to the diverse needs and requirements of our global customers. We specialize in the design and manufacture of moulds (molds) for the die casting and foam automotive seating industries but have both the capacity and capability to design and machine virtually any product.
